A Trusted, Independent Vehicle for Church Fundraising

We’re devout and dedicated volunteers for the Catholic Church and we operate with complete transparency. Our sole goal is to enable Catholic churches nationwide to raise money for their parish and meet the need in their community.

Our Story

Before we formally launched this organization, we managed the 100 year-old raffle that was originally created to raise funds for St. Roch Church of Greenwich, Connecticut. The raffle was hosted annually at the church’s summer Feast for the Community. Each ticket was sold for $25; an American Express gift card prize was offered to the winner; and the church kept all proceeds for operations, repairs, and projects.

After much research and outreach, St. Roch’s raffle was expanded to include other parishes. The multi-parish raffle was an idea that was thoughtfully curated, meticulously reviewed by relevant attorneys, supported by lawmakers, and approved by relevant regulatory agencies of partnered states. Its track record of success speaks for itself. 

 In 2023, we hosted two raffles. The intent was to ensure that parishioners’ odds of winning would be consistent with the odds associated with a single medium-to-large sized Parish’s individual raffle. Under the management of Catholic Parish Initiatives, the raffle program will continue to expand with the goal of benefiting churches, parishioners, and communities nationwide.
